I'm excited to announce that I recently partnered with Santa Ana College (SAC) to kickstart a new program, called "Kicking into College.", where we will work to identify some of the most underprivileged students in all of Orange County and provide them with a full–ride scholarship at SAC. The Kanatsiz Scholars Program, established in honor of my father's legacy, is envisioned as one of the largest funds of its kind at Santa Ana College. A $250,000, fully–funded Kanatsiz Scholars Fund will generate a minimum of $12,500 annually in perpetuity for the investment in the lives of our community's children and future leaders. Our latest IMPACT SHOW episode features my colleague Tim Smith, Founder of SmithGroup, an award–winning international architectural, engineering and planning firm. We discuss his background in real estate, how he's able to cultivate meaningful relationships with his clients, and how he used the power of film to disrupt the industry with his well–known production "Teach Me How To Duffy."
