(ISSI) has been a full-service technology maintenance and warranty provider, delivering every facet of break/fix service required to maintain an information technology environment.  That’s why ISSI provides full service, on-site maintenance services at the customer’s location.  We are proud to say that our customers depend on us to keep their equipment operating at maximum availability – allowing them to concentrate on serving their own customers.

Our On-site Maintenance and Warranty Services offers two types of technology support service:  Monthly Maintenance and Time and Materials (T&M).  Within these two types of service, ISSI offers a number of options to meet a wide range of customers needs.  Additionally, our service technicians have access to and have the ability to utilize a combination of on-site and remote support technologies to service our customers to ensure continuous information availability at all times.

ISSI believes that it is our goal to provide seamless on-site maintenance and warranty support.  That means – repairs are performed quickly and on the first touch – installations, moves, adds and charges are completed in a timely and professional manner – all maintenance and management of the equipment base is accomplished thoroughly and accurately – and each user every day of the year is able to focus on their work – then, and only then, do we consider our customer’s mission to have been served and our exacting technology maintenance standards met.
