Our IdealCareTM Technical Support Center provides Levels 1, 2 and 3 on-demand support for a large variety of hardware and software products. Using our automated system, ISSI opens a trouble ticket, determines the nature of the problem and helps the user resolve the problem.
Level 1: Support provides end-users with technical assistance on business software. ISSI supports today’s commonly used desktop and server-based software.
Level 2: Support provides second-level troubleshooting for in-depth problems and first line support to system and network issues.
Level 3: Support provides seamless service for critical problems attributable to original equipment or software manufacturers. Usually involves coordination between customer and OEM to resolve design and implementation problems.
